Positive—This was one of the best movies I have seen. Ever. The screenwriting was amazing. It was so real. The way the characters talked to each other was so different from anything else I have ever heard of much less seen. That being said the acting was also way above par.

But offensive this movie is. It is about a New York drug dealer after all. and yes there is a large scene of nude women swimming in a penthouse pool to show the decadence of Peter Sarsgaard’s character. Not a film for people under 17, not at all. but for those mature enough I highly recommend this film.

Negative—This movie was very long and boring, and seemed to drag on and on. I saw it with one of my friends for my 15th birthday. In my opinion, it’s a waste of time and money. Also, the f-word is probably used over 200 times and there are some sex scenes and nudity, and a lot of violence.
My Ratings: [Very Offensive / 2½]

…“voice-over”[?]…here, the label hardly seems adequate. Voice-all-over is more like it…” (in referring to the character of Victor Rosa)
